New Plano Office One of the Few to Kick Off During Pandemic

A new Plano office building kicking off construction soon will be one of the first such deals since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Dallas developer Cawley Partners is building the office project in partnership with Plano’s pioneer Haggard family and First United Bank. The 120,000-square-foot Parkwood building will be constructed on part of the Haggard’s farm on the east side of Dallas North Tollway at Parkwood Boulevard and Windhaven Parkway. … Designed by Gensler, the four-story office building will house the headquarters of First United Mortgage. About half of the building will also be available for other businesses. … Construction will start on the building in about three months, with completion set for late 2021.
