His background has provided him with the technical proficiency, management, and communication skills needed in today’s evolving and highly competitive market. His experience ranges from private land development, rail transit, municipal water, wastewater, roadway, and environmental.

Matthew previously worked with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., and has run his own successful firm, Cain CES, Inc., for 9 years.
