PRESIDENT

Jacob is the current President of Click Engineering and began his career in 1997 while simultaneously obtaining a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering from Oklahoma State University.

Throughout a 25 year career, he has managed individual projects with budgets of $350 million, measuring as large as 4 million square feet, and brings a book of knowledge that is invaluable to your project’s success. A sample of his recent portfolio includes River Spirit Casino Expansion + 29 Story Hotel (Tulsa, OK), The Galbraith 17 Story Multifamily (Dallas, TX), Santa Fe Square 12 Story Office Complex (Tulsa, OK), and UT Southwestern Medical Center at Redbird (Dallas, TX). He takes an active role in projects as a principal, project manager, or relationship cultivator, and dedicates a wealth of experience in nearly all types of structural systems.

He is an active member of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation of Oklahoma and in his time away from the office enjoys family snowboarding / surfing / flyfishing trips, competing in triathlons, running, cycling, amateur DJing, and being the A/V soundman for his son’s guitar rock band, the (MC Rockers).

EXECUTIVE PRINCIPAL | CIVIL PRACTICE LEADER

Matthew is a multi-disciplinary professional engineer with a broad range of experience in both the private and public sector civil engineering fields. His background has provided him with the technical proficiency, management, and communication skills needed in today’s evolving and highly competitive market. He believes that successful projects and relationships stem from proper planning and communication with his clients and he exemplifies these characteristics. His experience ranges from private land development, rail transit, municipal water, wastewater, roadway, and environmental.

Matthew previously worked with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., and has run his own successful firm, Cain CES, Inc., for 9 years.

EXECUTIVE PRINCIPAL | STRUCTURAL PRACTICE LEADER

Ian is a seasoned structural engineer and visionary leader with over two decades of experience in engineering design, project delivery, and firm leadership. As Owner, Executive Principal, and Structural Practice Leader at Click Engineering, Ian brings a dynamic blend of technical expertise, strategic insight, and a passion for building meaningful partnerships.

Licensed in 19 states, Ian has led the structural design of complex projects across a wide range of market sectors—including aviation, healthcare, education, municipal, mission-critical (data centers), industrial, commercial, cultural, civic, residential (multi-family and high-end single-family), mixed-use developments, and large-scale structures. His portfolio reflects deep proficiency in structural steel, concrete, timber, and masonry components and systems.

Before joining Click Engineering, Ian served as a Principal at one of Dallas’s largest structural engineering firms, where he led a Downtown Dallas-based studio and delivered several high-profile projects in collaboration with nationally recognized architecture firms. He later launched and scaled a Texas-based structural engineering team for one of the nation’s leading multidisciplinary engineering firms, expanding both the firm’s capabilities and his leadership responsibilities while broadening his professional network.

Ian is known for his hands-on approach and active engagement throughout the design and construction process, ensuring quality, innovation, and seamless coordination across disciplines. He thrives on solving complex challenges and delivering forward-thinking, cost-effective solutions that elevate the built environment and exceed client expectations.

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Jen’s focus is finding new opportunities for projects and facilitating strategic growth for the team. With a marketing background in the design and architecture industry, she develops long-lasting and successful partnerships through client engagement, productive collaboration, and a lifelong interest and value of connections. She is a member of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation and an Oklahoma State University graduate.

When not cultivating possibilities for Click Engineering, she enjoys the outdoors, travel, and spending time with her family.

MARKETING MANAGER

Wendy joined Click Engineering in 2013 and has become a central part of the firm’s marketing and business operations. She manages the preparation of proposals, qualifications, and marketing materials, ensuring each submission clearly communicates the firm’s expertise and value. Her work extends to digital platforms and internal systems, where she helps maintain consistent communications and streamlined processes.

Over the years, Wendy has contributed in a variety of roles, giving her broad insight into how the firm operates and how different departments connect. In addition to her marketing work, she supports project setup, certifications, and contract documentation, often serving as a resource for colleagues across teams. Her design background and eye for detail bring clarity and professionalism to everything from technical documents to client-facing presentations.

With deep family ties to Click Engineering, Wendy takes pride in supporting both its history and its growth. Away from the office, she enjoys attending live music events and spending time on automotive projects.
