Amazon Fulfillment Center Developer Begins New Project by DFW Airport
We are happy to work again with Perot Development, Halff Associates, and Peinado Construction on the new DFW Park 161. We previously worked with this group on the Logistics Centers 1-7 at DFW Airport as well.
Dallas-based Perot Development Co., along with partner Invesco Real Estate, have kicked off the first phase of a 2.4 million-square-foot logistics park called DFW Park 161. Located along the President George Bush Turnpike, the first phase will include three speculative warehouses totaling nearly 1 million square feet and ranging from 156,625 square feet to 646,190 square feet.
