The UT Southwestern RedBird Clinic has been recognized by AIA Dallas with a Jury Citation Award.

This adaptive reuse project transformed an existing structure into a two-story, 150,000 SF regional medical center—the sixth outpatient facility for UT Southwestern. The clinic provides expanded access to healthcare in southern Dallas and stands as a model for sustainable, community-driven design.

We provided structural engineering design for this award-winning project.
